Why the road system of Karnali region so poor?

The biggest region with full of possibilities that lies in the western Nepal of hilly and mountain area. Despite of its many possibilities and opportunities why this region lacks development if so?

It is obvious that Nepal is a poor and under developed country. We can generate the ideas through the development analytical tool looking behind its progressing pace. From that we can say every regions of Nepal lacks development in major heads such as health, education, sanitation, planning and so on. Leaving every region Karnali regions holds last position in development functions. As political instability hits hard to the whole nation this region is totally affected by the same thing as a major cause. Secondly, the topography structure  of this region is so diverse that no any regions on earth has. You can observe simplest to hardest structure once you been there. The allocation of budget is always less than the needed for such a national highway and it’s roots. At the same time corruption ratio of Nepal is unmeasurable where hundred dollar is spent to carry on 10 dollar projects. Hopefully, problem measures should be taken into account by the concerned authorities and i wish prosperity of this (my) region.
