‘It made me cry for so long. They behaved me as if I had no feelings. I was unconscious after that hit. After a moment I came to know that some of my friends and so called human were there to give me a company. As I was on really bad pain some of my friends were screaming towards the guilty one for my comfort. On the other hand most intelligent creatures of our planet I.e humans were just wondering what I was doing. Actually that moment gave me so much pain in life. I was trying to cross the road as It seemed to be less traffic. I was innocent though I got hit so badly and it directly fractured my leg. It was still visible on my mind that four wheeled vehicle hit me so hard and took me out of my world for a moment. After few moment two people came to me and they took me aside. They lifted me carefully from one side to other and my whole body was totally numb. After then I took a rest for a while at the corner and from then I was one legged and became crippled. I still have hope to live...

The biggest region with full of possibilities that lies in the western Nepal of hilly and mountain area. Despite of its many possibilities and opportunities why this region lacks development if so? It is obvious that Nepal is a poor and under developed country. We can generate the ideas through the development analytical tool looking behind its progressing pace. From that we can say every regions of Nepal lacks development in major heads such as health, education, sanitation, planning and so on. Leaving every region Karnali regions holds last position in development functions. As political instability hits hard to the whole nation this region is totally affected by the same thing as a major cause. Secondly, the topography structure  of this region is so diverse that no any regions on earth has. You can observe simplest to hardest structure once you been there.
